CODE OF ETHICS

Remember that whenever and wherever you are, you are representing the sport of Freestyle Skiing. You are not only representing yourself, but all athletes who participate in the sport at all levels from Jumps ‘n Bumps to World Cup.

If any athlete is in possession or, or under the influence of any illicit drugs or alcohol during any supervised CAFSC event, training, or competition, they will be suspended from the remainder of that competition and will miss the next competition as well. Any travel expenses committed to these competitions will be forfeited.

The second offence will result in immediate suspension from the club for the rest of the season with no refund of team fees.

This “Code of Ethics” is approved by the executive, and empowers any coach or parent volunteer supervisor to send home a club athlete for any of the above infractions.
